In December 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle signed a deal with Netflix – one that is thought to be worth a staggering $36million (£28million).
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s Netflix millions could be threatened by a £40billion “economic earthquake” that has hit both the popular streaming service and Spotify.
According to royal commentator Daniela Elser, writing in her column for news.com.au, it has been “two and a half years-plus” since the couple signed their names on the dotted line.
She added: “The two companies alone have lost more than $50billion combined in market value and there have been mass lay-offs across the sector.”
