Prince Harry’s true feelings about fatherhood revealed and the moment has gone viral
Prince Harry really enjoys being a dad to Prince Archie, four, and Lilibet, two. He and Meghan are raising their children in Montecito, California. Prince Harry had a heart-to-heart with TODAY show host Hoda Kotb back in 2022 and the footage is getting a second life over on TikTok. TikTik user @harry.nd.meghan shared the interview which has garnered 138,0090 views, 8,570 likes and 200 comments
The caption reads: ”Prince Harry describes fatherhood and what it means to him. Harry and Meghan are goals.” When Ms Kotb asks Harry what he enjoys about being a dad, he says: “All of it. The chaos, the learning, the reminder of just every element of yourself, your soul, right? He adds: ”So, I love it. I love every part of it. I’ve always wanted to be a dad, I’ve always wanted to have my own kids, and now I’ve got two little people who I’m responsible for.”
Harry’s fans have turned to the comments section to share their love for the Sussexes, writing notes like, “I wish Harry and Meghan health and happiness,” and “Harry is a lucky man, he’s finally happy, he can move beyond the shadow of the RF & define his own life and career.” Harry also talks about his late mother in the video, saying he could feel her presence every day, and even stronger through his children. Harry always wanted to be a dad, and have his own children, and now she’s helping him, according to Harry in the clip.
Some commenters gave praise to Princess Diana, writing, “You are who you are because your mother loved you so much.” Also in the clip, Ms Kotb talks to Harry about his “new life” in America, saying it’s a “whole new restart” with the young royal politely correcting her, responding, “No, I think the focus is very much the same, certainly from my and my wife’s point of view.” He adds: ”For the two of us, this was a life that she signed up for, and we were committed to doing together as a couple forever.”
Because of the circumstance, we’ve now moved that life of service to the States and will continue doing what we were doing before. So, in that regard, nothing’s changed for us.”
